Batting on a phone

• Aim: drag the ring on the left. The wedge shows where the shot will go.
• The kind of shot: pick PUSH, STROKE or LOFT on the right. It stays picked until you change it.
• Play it: tap FRONT FOOT, BACK FOOT or PLAY (the game picks the foot) as the ball arrives. Timing counts from the moment your finger lands. LEAVE lets it go.
• Move across: the « and » arrows shuffle the batter across the crease before the ball.

Bowling

• Touch the pitch pad to put the blue target where you want the ball to land.
• Pick a variation (outswinger, yorker, googly...) from the bowler's own list.
• Tap BOWL to run in, and again to lock the pace meter in the green.
• SET FIELD: tap a fielder on the radar, then drag him to a new place. SAVE keeps the field as one of your own, and FIELD picks it any time.

Your account

Do I need to sign in?

No. You play as a guest from the start. Signing in with Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android) keeps your account if you change or reset your phone.

How do I delete my account?

In the game: tap your profile at the top of the main menu, then Delete account. Or see deleting your account.

Ads

The game is free on phones and shows a short ad at the innings break and when you leave a match, never during play, and none in your first match. On iPhone you choose whether ads can use your device's advertising identifier when the game first asks.

Something's not working

• Slow or hot phone: close other apps; on older phones the game runs at 30 frames a second to stay cool.
• No sound: check the ring/silent switch and the volume in Settings › Master volume.
• A match I left: the main menu offers Resume from the last ball.
